The CoED Foundation leads a consortium of organisations who are committing to developing workshops and events that raise awareness about Gender Equality. This includes Birmingham Museums Trust, Near Neighbours, The Amerah Foundation, Mooville Theatre CiC, Riverside Performance Arts, Sultan Bahu Trust and Birmingham artists.

This year, for Birmingham International Women's Day 2016, we are supporting the following events:

An evening with moo



An Evening with Moo is a night of camaraderie, sharing, support and solidarity. Mooville Theatre will create short snippets of drama that are used as a stimulus to generate discussion.
Domestic violence, mental health, beauty, respect and values, women and faith, Mum vs career.
So ladies, be seen, be heard and enjoy an evening with us.

"An evening of conversation, food and friendship-building for Women of Faith in Birmingham. Aiming to raise awareness of the importance of women and the contribution women have made to religions throughout history and in the city today."
